Why to Check Name compatibility of a Girl After Marriage?

In Indian Mythology, a girl is called Lakshmi (means the symbol of fortune and luck). So, whenever a girl gets married and goes to her in-laws house, they welcome her as the Lakshmi of their home. To find the name compatibility of two persons, we consider all the alphabets in the names and calculate their values by adding them and finding the single number for the name. Once we have the name number of each person, then we check if their name numbers are friendly to each other or not. 

Name Compatibility of the Girl with her Husband’s Name

To check the name compatibility of the girl and the boy, we need to find their name numbers first. 
Let’s understand this with the help of an example

The girl name Rashmi Varma marries to Kunaal Chopra. After marriage, if Rashmi will adopt her husband’s surname, her name will be Rashmi Chopra.

As per the above calculation, the Name number of Kunaal Chopra is 8 and Rashmi Chopra is 6.

The numbers 8 & 6 are friendly to each other. So, if Rashmi Varma changes her name to Rashmi Chopra after marriage, it is a good combination and will be in harmony for her their relationship.

In any case, if the new name (by adding surname) is not in harmony, then the girl should not adopt her husband’s surname after marriage. She can continue with her older name.
