How Colours Can Help in Healing the Human Body?

Colours are present everywhere. Colours are present in the body as well. The human body is made up of seven colours-- Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red (VIBGYOR). These seven colours affect the body and mind.

How Colours Affect Us? 

If any colour out of the seven colours is missing in the body, we get diseases related to the missing colour. Follow the table to know the diseases caused by lack of different colours.

How You Can Get Rid Of These Diseases? 

You can treat the diseases by introducing colours into the body. You can eat fruits and vegetables for the missing colour and corresponding diseases.  For example, high blood pressure is caused due to insufficiency of red colour, so you can eat red apples, strawberries, tomatoes. 

You can also wear clothes of the missing colours or try to use those colours in your daily life as much as possible like putting curtains and bedsheets of the missing colour, using a handkerchief of that colour, etc.
