Travelling to India
The most convenient airport to reach Vrindavan is Delhi Airport (Indira Gandhi International Airport). Trains are available from Delhi to reach Vrindavan, located in the heart of Mathura District of Uttar Pradesh (UP).
Traveling to Vrindavan
From Delhi Airport you can easily get a taxi directly to Vrindavan. Taxis are available at the airport or you can arrange for a taxi from Vrindavan to collect you. You can also take a train from the Central part of Delhi (i.e. New Delhi Railway Station) to Mathura, from there you can hire an auto rickshaw or taxi to the Maa Vaishno Dham at Vrindavan. Buses are also available from Delhi to Vrindavan.
From Mumbai you can board a direct train to Mathura. There are no direct trains from Kolkata to Mathura. You can take the Kalka Mail train to either Tundla or Aligarh and then get a taxi or bus to Mathura/Vrindavan.
Where to stay in Vrindavan
Accommodation is available inside the Dham for the devotees. Apart from the Dharamashalas at the Dham, there are a lot of other options which are available in Vrindavan.
